About this Website
Hello and welcome.
This website is a personal project by a mental health professional who has spent the past decade walking alongside individuals and families navigating recovery. Through clinical practice and lived reflection, I’ve seen how overwhelming and confusing recovery can feel—especially in the early stages.
I created this space to gently share what I’ve learned, in the hope that it offers you something helpful: clarity, encouragement, or simply the sense that you’re not alone.
This is not a medical site, and I’m not your doctor. The content here is grounded in clinical experience, person-centred values, and recovery-oriented practices—but your own decisions should always be made with your care team.
Where possible, I include links to trustworthy resources and reflections you can build on in your own time.
This project is something I build quietly alongside my clinical work. If it helps you take one small step forward—or feel a little more supported where you are—that’s more than enough.
Take care,
